CEF Guide

It is a reference framework that describes various proficiency levels in foreign language learning. The CEFR it is use almost in all the activities in the entire EU. It distinguishes three levels of foreign language proficiency:
The Basic Language User
Indipendet Language User
Proficient Language User
In this case the last level is the one that a native speaker can have; the second one is an intermediate level maybe, we can say the level of our students can have during their learning process. Of course that depends on the level and place your teaching; and the last one is used for the people that can developed the language in a basic way.
This has been used to development the foreign language in different ages students, that means, on primary, secudary and even adult students.
I think it is a good way to teach students and to evaluate them them to see or know in which level they are, so they can continuing working to get to the highest level, in this case the Proficiant level.
